17/7/24 Patient Access Issue

There have been reports of an issue with Patient Access where patients are being asked to link medication requests to a Chemist.

Patient Access have confirmed there is an issue with the IOS App and their developers are working on a fix.

Any affected patients are advised to sign into the Patient Access website using a web browser - https://www.patientaccess.com/ - instead of using the app.

Supported web browsers include Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari.

25/7/24 Patient Access Issue Resolved

Please update the app to the new version for the change to take effect. The latest version is available from the iOS app store.
